Del Taco locations in the Springs close

All of the Del Taco Restaurants in Colorado Springs are closed. They were seized by the City of Colorado Springs for failure to pay sales and use taxes.
The locations on Space Center Dr., North Academy, and East Woodmen were closed Friday and, have large notices on them that say, "seized".
According to our partners at the gazette, city records show the franchisee owes more than $46,000 in taxes.
The owner now has 10 days to pay, or the city will auction off the property.
