Deer stuck in swimming pool off constitution

Colorado Springs homeowner Scott Smith says he doesnt know when the deer stepped onto his pool cover and fell in the water. Smith found him when he stepped into his backyard at eight Sunday morning. Firefighters built a ramp and after a while finally coaxed the deer out around noon today.
