MOSCOW (AP) - Moscow officials say a power surge triggered an alarm which caused a subway train to stop abruptly and derail today, killing at least ten people and injuring more than 100.
Several cars of the rush-hour train left the track in the tunnel.
A Moscow representative of the emergency services says that about 200 people were evacuated from the train.
