Dangerously cold this morning

It's bitterly, miserably cold outside--to the point of being dangerous. Temperatures, with wind chill, are double digits below zero. This is the day to layer every article of clothing you have--and don't worry about your hair--it's going to be a bad hair day for everyone.
I-25 is dry, but on-ramps and off-ramps are icy. Many side streets are also a solid sheet of ice.
Temperatures are the lowest they've been in years--we'll have a round-up of records later, when the numbers are set.
