Authorities say a man shot his three teenage sons, two fatally, at their home in southern New Jersey before police killed him.
Jason Laughlin, a spokesman for the Camden County Prosecutor's Office, says the shootings occurred late Thursday at the home in Pennsauken, a Camden suburb.
Laughlin identified the gunman as 54-year-old Alfred Moton. He says Moton killed his 14- and 18-year-old sons and wounded his 16-year-old son. The home also was badly burned.
Laughlin says police shot Moton after he charged a group of officers while holding a gun, a lighter and a can of gasoline.
Pennsauken is a town of about 35,000 people, just across the Delaware River from Philadelphia.
