D-11 Negotiations yields tentative agreements

Colorado Springs School District 11 has announced a tentative agreement in its teacher contract negotiations. The negotiations were paramount as they involved all 19 Master Contract articles, which were open for negotiations.
Significant negotiation points centered on;
- Teacher Salary and Benefits
- Teaching Conditions
- Dues Collection
- Open Bargaining Sessions
- Various other Contract Provisions
The next steps in the process include a teacher ratification vote and Board of Education approval.
Full details of the tentative agreement are planned to be available and released at a later date with a joint presentation by Dist 11 representatives and the CSEA.
