The Senior Analyst is responsible for quality analysis of the current customer experience for future improvements.
This person will provide professional senior level support, plan leadership, and a variety of complex analytical and research functions related to improving the customer experience in the Customer Service Department.
This person will research, analyze, and make recommendations based on research findings to enhance CSU customer service business system as necessary to benefit the customer. Candidates for this position must be versed in handling difficult customer situations.
This position will also provide direction for customer service communication with customers outside traditional phone contact.
