BOULDER, Colo. (AP)-The University of Colorado has picked an assistant dean from the University of Illinois to lead its business school.
CU announced the appointment of David L. Ikenberry on Tuesday.
Ikenberry is currently the associate dean at the College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign campus. He'll take over as dean of Colorado's Leeds School of Business March 1.
Ikenberry teaches investments and corporate finance and has previously worked at Rice University and the University of Washington.
Leed's last permanent dean, Dennis Ahlburg, left to become president of Trinity University in San Antonio.
