CSPD: Missing teen found in Chaffee County

A 14-year-old girl missing from Colorado Springs since last Wednesday has been found in Chaffee County.
The Colorado Springs Police Department was contacted by the Chaffee County Sheriff's Office early Monday morning and informed that Alyssa Smith was found near Salida. She was taken to a medical facility in Chaffee County for an examination.
A detective from CSPD has been sent to Chaffee County to assist with the investigation into what happened to Alyssa.
