Courthouse arson suspect turns himself in

The man accused of hiding out overnight in a locked Otero County Courthouse and setting a fire has turned himself in.
According to the Otero County Sheriff's blog, Justin Wade Steven of La Junta turned himself in Monday night around 9:00 p.m.
He's being held on a $10,000 bond. The fire happened last week. Still no word on what his motive might have been.
