GOLDEN, Colo. (AP) - Officials in Jefferson County plan to set rules on who can legally repair or sell guns out of their home.
According to the Denver Post, officials are expected to decide Wednesday whether a man who lives less than 500 feet from an elementary school can get an application to sell and repair guns from his home.
Regulations for registered home gun sales vary from county to county in Colorado. Some counties prohibit the sale of guns from homes, while others allow gunsmiths and case-by-case reviews.
