Cooking demonstration Thursday at Fort Carson

The Fort Carson Culinary Arts Team is preparing to compete in the annual Army-wide culinary competition to be held at Fort Lee, Va., later in this month.
The soldiers will strut their stuff Thursday at noon at the Warhorse Dining Facility on post as they demonstrate cooking techniques and healthy diet options.
This demonstration is open to the general public. If you don't have a military decal on your vehicle, use the main gate on Hwy 115. Cost: free.
The Fort Carson Culinary Arts Team took top honors in 2008, resulting in an Installation of the Year award.
