Community comes through for seniors with donations

Silver Key Senior Services in Colorado Springs was encouraged in June by the donation of food and money to their programs.
At the annual Boomer and Beyond Expo held on June 4, 750 pounds of food was donated. The sponsor of the event, AARP, also donated $3,500 to the cause. This will help provide fresh fruit, vegetables and meat to senior food pantry clients.
