Colorado terror suspect Najibullah Zazi has arrived in New York City, where he is charged with conspiracy to use weapons of mass destruction.
The U.S. Marshals Service plane left the privately run Centennial Airport south of Denver at 12:05 p.m. mountain time, a little more than an hour after a federal judge ordered Zazi to be transferred to New York.
Zazi is accused of seeking to construct and use hydrogen peroxide-based explosives in what authorities say is a possible plot against New York subways. Investigators say he was planning to make the attack coincide with the anniversary of the 9-11 attacks.
Zazi repeatedly has denied any connection to terrorism.
