Colorado Springs teen killed in Pennsylvania

A Colorado Springs teen has been arrested in Pennsylvania in the death of another teen.
Eric Rutledge, 18, was arrested in Cranberry Township in Butler County last night. Officers were called to a residence there to investigate a reported shooting.
They found Rutledge in the foyer of the residence, and Courtney Daly,18, was found in an upstairs bedroom. Daly is also from Colorado Springs. She had been shot in what's described as the "upper body." She died a couple of hours later. Sgt. Chuck Mascellino of the Cranberry Township Police Department said Daly and Rutledge were longtime friends and that Rutledge had recently moved to Pennsylvania with his mother. Daly was visiting at their home.
Rutledge faces one charge of Criminal Homicide.
