Colorado Springs Officer arrested for child porn

A Colorado Springs Police Officer is on the other side of the law after being arrested on child porn charges.
30 year old Officer Josh Carrier was arrested Wednesday on the class 4 felony.
According to a news release from CSPD, Carrier has been placed on indefinite administrative leave pending the outcome of the investigation.
Carrier has been with the police department for 7 years, during that time he worked with many Colorado Springs area kids---- he was a School Resource Officer at Horace Mann Elementary, a coach for the Police Athletic League, and an adviser to youth in the CSPD Explorer program.
Police ask anyone with information that could assist in the investigation to call Detectives in the CSPD ICAC unit at 719-444-7708
This is the 18th CSPD ICAC Unit arrest and the 53nd statewide Colorado ICAC arrest for 2011.
