Colorado Springs homicide suspect linked to another killing

A homicide suspect is now charged in a second killing in Colorado Springs.
According to Colorado Springs police, Carlos Ford is currently behind bars charged with first degree murder in the death of Virgil Means. Means was killed March 3, 2012 outside the Sin City Disciples motorcycle clubhouse located at 628 W. Vermijo Street.
This morning, police served another arrest warrant for first degree murder to Ford in connection with a homicide in April 23, 2012. In this case, a body was found in a vehicle at the Whispering Pines Apartment Complex on Mallard Drive. The victim in this homicide is identified as Daniel Garcia, 28. Garcia died of a gunshot wound.
Ford was arrested for first degree murder in June.
