Colorado Springs D-11 makes Top 10 list

Colorado Springs School District 11 has been named one of the top ten school districts in the nation in digital technology by the Center for Digital Education.

D-11 is the only district in the state to be honored.

"With rising expectations and shrinking resources, these districts have utilized technology to effectively serve their students, educators, and community members," said National School Boards Association's (NSBA) Executive Director Anne L. Bryant. "School boards across the country should look to these districts for ideas about using technology to make their work as a board more transparent and their district operations more efficient."

The Center for Digital Education is a national research and advisory institute specializing in K-12 and higher education technology trends, policy, and funding.
