Police in Boulder believe drugs played a role in a school bus accident.
A driver taking 17 students to Boulder High School hit a retaining wall Monday morning. Nobody was hurt.
Police say the driver was under the influence of drugs but they haven't determined whether they believe he using prescription medication or illegal drugs. His name hasn't been released yet.
Police spokeswoman Sarah Huntley says police plan to recommend the driver be charged with careless driving and driving under the influence of drugs.
