Colorado highlights use of weatherization funding

State and federal officials will tour an Aurora home to look at how Colorado is spending federal stimulus funds earmarked for weatherizing homes.

They planned to discuss during a news conference Friday how Colorado is spending the nearly $80 million it has received from the Department of Energy to make homes more energy efficient.

The Governor's Energy Office says it will work with 11 agencies across the state over the next three years on weatherization programs.
