Gov. Bill Ritter is announcing his plans to implement national health care reform in Colorado.
Ritter plans to sign four bills Tuesday that he says will advance the state's ongoing initiatives to contain health care costs, improve quality and make care and coverage more available.
He will be joined by lawmakers, health professionals, advocates and consumers.
