DENVER (AP) - Colorado is getting some help from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
Gov. John Hickenlooper and Lt. Gov. Joe Garcia plan to announce an education funding grant from the foundation Monday at the state Capitol.
Members of the Colorado Legacy Foundation will join them. It's dedicated to increasing student achievement by having effective school leaders and teachers and igniting a passion for learning in all students.
