Colorado District Attorney faces more charges

MONTROSE, Colo. (AP) - A western Colorado district attorney facing criminal charges for allegedly demanding sexual favors from women in his office has been arrested again, this time on allegations of harassment and violating his bond.
The Grand Junction Sentinel reports that Montrose County District Attorney Myrl Serra was arrested Wednesday and later released on bond. The Colorado Bureau of Investigation says Serra contacted at least one of his three accusers in the sexual assault case, a violation of his bond agreement.
Serra was arrested in September on suspicion of extortion, indecent exposure, felony unlawful sexual contact and official misconduct. His lawyer has said it's a "he-said, she-said" case with no physical evidence.
