Colo. Springs mother sentenced in her daughter's death

A judge has sentenced Chrystie Hardy to 40 years in prison. Hardy was convicted of child abuse resulting in death, for the death of her 4-year-old daughter Madyson May Bogard. Madyson was killed back in January of 2008.
Hardy's boyfriend Mark Friend was also convicted in the little girl's death, back in August. He was sentenced to life in prison.
When authorities were called to the couple's home, they found Madyson not breathing. She was taken to Memorial Hospital in critical condition, and she later died there. Police say Madyson had been abused for months, including sexual abuse.
