Cold reporting lifted

After a morning of fog and snow flurries, and lots of accidents, the afternoon has improved.

Colorado Springs Police have lifted the accident alert. Also called cold reporting status, it allows drivers involved in minor accidents to simply collect information from the other driver and report the incident within three days.
