A cold front has brought snow and frigid temperatures to much of Colorado, with the Denver area getting up to 6 inches of snow and about 10 inches in the foothills. Colorado Springs will see about 2 to 4 inches, while places like Pueblo will see 1 to 3 inches.

Up to 2 feet of snow are forecast for the central and western mountains. The National Weather Service has issued a blizzard warning for the San Juan Mountains in southwestern Colorado through Tuesday evening.

A winter storm watch is in effect for most of the mountains west of Vail Pass.

The cold is expected to stick around for at least a couple days. High temperatures are predicted to range from the teens to low 20s through Tuesday along the Front Range.
