CO Springs Occupy permit running out

Colorado Springs Occupy protestors are running out of time on their city permit for Acacia Park. The 30-day permit is set to end Sunday night at midnight.
Protestors say they've put in a full request for another permit, but haven't heard back yet from anyone with the city.
"(They're) Not letting us know what's going on, so we're going to stay; we're here to occupy and we're occupying this part of Colorado Springs - Acacia Park," says Frankie Roper, part of Occupy Colorado Springs.
Calls to the city weren't immediately returned. News 5 will continue to follow up.
