CO Marine allegedly shot by fellow reservist dies

AURORA, Colo. (AP) - Aurora police say a Marine reservist who was shot during a gathering of fellow reservists has died of his injuries.
Police spokesman Robert Friel said Monday that 24-year-old Benton Brubacker died over the weekend. He was shot Thursday at a condo in the Denver suburb.
A fellow reservist, 25-year-old Barton Enoch of Lakewood, was arrested following the shooting. Police expect to turn over the case to prosecutors later this week so they can decide whether to file charges.
Investigators have said they were looking at whether alcohol may have contributed to the shooting.
