Cheyenne Mountain followed through on Saturday at the final day of the 4A girls' State Tennis Tournament.
Kalyssa Hall defended her number one singles State Title by beating Alex Weir of St. Mary's, 6-3, 7-6.
"It feels good, that was awesome," said Hall minutes after winning. "There were points where it was really tight, and I was able to get mad, and come back, and I put a lot of pressure on myself to win, but I guess it helps me because... I've got two state titles."
It didn't stop there for the Indians. Their number one doubles duo of Ally Arenson and Casey Ahredsen also took the Title as freshmen.
"I think we put a lot of pressure on ourselves because we want to do well, and we want to continue the tradition," said Arenson. "We don't want to be the team that loses. It's a really good atmosphere at Cheyenne."
"It's a great moment right now," added Ahredson.
A great moment CHMS is feeling for the 6th straight year.
