UPDATED: Club Syn's liquor license suspended

Update: Liquor Board Member Dawn Lloyd said today, the nightclub's owners have shown disregard for the concerns that have been raised.  "To me the blatant disregard by the owner and management of Syn for the safety of their patrons and also the general public's safety," said Lloyd.

Another board member, Randall Kouba, said the number of police called to problems at the nightclub, left other parts of the city vulnerable.  "Because of this many policemen and women having to come on site, the rest of the citzens of Colorado Springs are having to go through a periods of signifacantly reduced public safety," he said.
