Today will be mostly sunny and a great day to enjoy the outdoors. There will be a few clouds, sure, but no precipitation-producing clouds. High temperatures will be in the upper 40's and lower 50's.
Tonight will be clear and cold, but the moon will set early and make for great viewing conditions for the Quadrantids Meteor Shower. The peak of the shower is between midnight and sunrise, at which time up to 100 meteors per hour can be seen. You will be able to see some meteor activity tomorrow night, too, though the activity likely will be a bit lighter than what is visible tonight.
