Classes will show diabetics how to eat better

Have you recently been diagnosed with diabetes? Are you having trouble managing your diabetic diet? Colorado State University Extension is holding a series of four classes to help you learn simple ways to improve your diet.
The Dining with Diabetes classes will meet July 8, 15, 22, and 29 from 10 a.m. to noon and cost $20 for all four classes.
Couples pay just $30.
The four-week series covers topics about how diabetes affects your health, how to make healthy food choices, and tasty new recipes. Call 583-6566 for more information.
