CIVA Principal honored

CIVA Charter High School Principal Randy Zimmerman has been named the 2011 School Leadership Award winner by the Colorado League of Charter Schools.
Zimmerman will be honored during the 17th Annual Colorado Charter Schools Conference on Friday at the Omni-Interlocken Resort in Broomfield.
The School Leadership Award recognizes an individual directly involved with a charter school who demonstrates significant influence in developing or maintaining a charter school, improving school accountability and performance, or driving other aspects of school excellence.
Zimmerman was one of over 30 nominees for the award.
