City of Pueblo facing $7M shortfall in 2013

Pueblo's City Council learned tonight they are facing a $7 million shortfall in 2013. The City Finance Director recommends leaving 41 positions vacant and dipping into the cities reserves to make up some of the shortfall. Nothing is final yet and the process is just beginning.
Council will take public comment on the budget on October 22nd.
