City Council mulling medical marijuana fees

The Colorado Springs City Council is currently hearing public comment on proposed fees for medical marijuana shops and their owners. Councilman Tim Leigh has proposed that council only vote to approve an application fee and then sort out the rest on a later date. We'll have a live update tonight on News First 5 at 6pm.
