City council candidates participate in debate

Fourteen people vying for Colorado Springs city council seats take part in a forum, organized by Trails and Open Space Coalition.
The council candidates got together with citizens at the Penrose Library Tuesday evening to take questions from the audience.
Four people are running for council district 2. Two people are running in district 3 and 16 people are running for the at-large position. The election is April 5.
