UPDATE: Repairs to water main and sinkhole complete

North Circle Dr. is back open after being closed for most of the day Saturday.
Colorado Springs Utilities says around 6:00 a.m. Saturday, a water main break created a sinkhole along Circle Dr. between Palmer Park and Merry Lane.
Crews worked all day Saturday to repair the pipe and the road. Water was knocked out to some businesses and homes, but was restored just after 2:00 p.m.
The cause of the break is unknown.
