A Flash Flood Watch continues until 11pm today for Teller and El Paso Counties. This includes the Waldo Canyon and Black Forest burn scars.
Heavy rain at times is still possible this evening as showers and storms roll off the higher terrain. Isolated showers and storms will continue across Southern Colorado tonight with the possibility for more rain Monday afternoon and evening.
The region is looking at drier conditions for the middle of the week though the mountains will hold on to a slight chance for an afternoon shower or storm. The chance for rain returns to the lower elevations by next weekend.
After a cool Sunday, expect temperatures to gradually warm during the start of the workweek. Highs will be back to seasonal readings Tuesday with highs staying near average in the 80s/90s through the remainder of the week.
