The Kellogg corporation announced Friday it was voluntarily recalling 28 million boxes of Apple Jacks, Corn Pops, Froot Loops and Honey Smacks cereals.

The company said there are concerns about an unusual smell and flavor caused by the package liners, which could make people sick.

Kellogg's has already received about 20 complaints about the cereals, including five people who reported nausea and vomiting.

The product codes for the recalled boxes all begin with the letters K-N, and began arriving in stores across the country in late March.

Kellogg's is asking people who have the boxes to contact the company with questions or replacement coupons.

The customer hotline number is 888-801-4163.
