CDOT lifts Chain Law for Molas Pass

The Colorado Department of Transportation has lifted the Chain Law order for US 550 over Molas Pass. Road conditions have improved to the point where commercial vehicles can pass without the need of chains.
A winter storm system blew through the area earlier dumping snow and freezing rain on many of Colorado's higher passes.
