Cat credited with saving owner's life

A cute cat named Oz is credited with saving the life of Damon Osborne.  Osborne has diabetes and recently fell into a diabetic coma.

His girlfriend was asleep in another room.  That's when Oz went into action.  He started bother Leah Anderson and wouldn't give up.  "I was woken up by the cat. He would not leave me alone until I got up," said Anderson.  "I came into the living room and found my boyfriend unconscious on the living room floor, and at that time I called 911 immediately."

Osborne's blood sugar levels were triple the "critical" level.  A doctor told News First he had never seen those levels before.  Osborne spent several days in intensive care and a week in the hospital.  But he's alive and suffered no brain damage.  The doctor said Osborne's in the miracle category.

And he has Oz to thank.
