COMMERCE CITY, Colo. (AP) - Jeff Larentowicz broke a tie with a goal in the 71st minute and Conor Casey scored two penalty goals, helping the Colorado Rapids run their home unbeaten streak to seven with a 3-1 victory over Toronto FC on Sunday.
Casey's two goals helped the Rapids (2-1-1) improve to 4-0-3 over two seasons at home.
It was the first goal of the year for Larentowicz. Casey's goals were his 31st and 32nd as a member of the Rapids, moving him into third on the club's career list.
Colorado played without defender Julien Baudet, who was serving a one-game suspension.
Dwayne De Rosario had a penalty kick goal of his own for Toronto FC (1-3-0), which has been outscored 9-2 in their three road losses this year.
De Rosario has all four goals for Toronto this year.
