Carrier in court

Colorado Springs police officer Joshua Carrier appeared in court this morning wearing an orange jail suit and with his hands cuffed behind him. He appeared for formal reading of charges of Sexual Exploitation of a Child related to buying child pornography. This is the first case against him. He appears again next week on more child abuse charges that were found after the first case was reported.
