Canon City man arrested on Child Sex Assault charges

A Canon City man has been arrested on Child Sex Assault charges.
The Fremont Combined Investigations Response Team detectives arrested 48- year old William Richard Sabo, on a $75,000.00 felony warrant.
The Fremont County Sheriff's Office says the arrest followed a year- long investigation involving three juvenile female victims, with offenses dating back over 10 years.
Sabo was charged with three counts of Sexual Assault on a Child by One in a Position of Trust and one count of Criminal Attempt/Sexual Exploitation of a Child. Sabo was booked into the Fremont County Detention Center and was released on bond this morning.
