About 60 people have gathered for a public hearing on the fate of the historic St. Cloud Hotel in Canon City. The owners are considering demolition because of rising costs to maintain the vacant building.
The City says the owner has not applied for a demolition permit at this time.
Right now the community is giving input about what can be done to save the hotel, which has stood in Canon City since 1886.
