The number of candidates being nixed for a job due to social media posting is on the rise.
It turns out, 43% of hiring managers who regularly use social media to research candidates report finding information that's led them "not" to hire someone.
That's up 9% from last year and comes from a CareerBuilder.com survey.
The top two reasons for not getting the job: posting provocative or inappropriate pictures or information and posting about drinking or using drugs.
