Caleb Moore passes away after X Games accident

After a serious accident during the snowmobile freestyle event of the Winter XGames in Aspen, snowmobiler Caleb Moore, 25, has passed away on January 31 as a result of injuries.
Moore was able to walk away with help after the accident and went to a hospital for a concussion. Moore developed bleeding around his heart and was flown to Grand Junction for surgery.
His family later said that Moore, of Krum, Texas, suffered a complication involving his brain.
Moore's family said in a statement that they express their deep gratitude for all the prayers and support they have received from all the fans, friends and family around the world that Caleb has inspired. They also express their thanks to all the physicians and staff that were attending to Caleb at the hospital.
