A Colorado Springs restaurant is closing its doors at the end of the month; the owners are focusing on bottling and selling a family salsa recipe.
Café El Paso has been located off of North Nevada for the last ten years. After seeing success this year selling the salsa, "Dos Pistolas," they've decided to turn their attention to this new business venture. Dos Pistolas is now on supermarket shelves across the country.
We'll hear from the owners about closing the restaurant and stepping out into a new business risk tonight on News 5.
