Cadets face sexual misconduct charges

The Air Force will proceed with charges against two Cadets related to sexual misconduct in violation of the Uniform Code of Military Justice.
A Junior at the Academy had two charges preferred against him. Charge one relates to attempted sodomy. Charge two is for aggravated sexual assault.
A second Cadet, also a Junior, faces similar charges.
The two will face an Article 32 hearing to determine if prosecution will proceed.has three specifications of violating Article 120, one for aggravated sexual assault and two for aggravated sexual contact.
After the hearing, the Commandant will decide whether to dismiss the case, recommend it go to a General Court-Martial, or dispose of the case through some other disciplinary or administrative action.
