Air travel going smoothly, mountain travel risky today

DENVER (AP) - Security lines are moving smoothly at Denver International Airport but drivers in Colorado's mountains are facing hazardous conditions.
A few protesters at the airport were asking passengers to opt out of body scanners. But secruity lines were moving smoothly. In the mountains, a blizzard warning is in effect until midnight
in areas including Vail, Aspen and Telluride. Six to 12 inches of snow are forecast and winds gusting up to 60 mph will cause whiteout conditions.
At the airport, nearly 162,000 travelers are set to pass through the day before Thanksgiving and the airport expects to have a total of more than 1 million passengers this week. That would make it the
busiest Thanksgiving travel week in the airport's 15-year history.
